I enjoyed how there were so many other options with TLF text. I've been recently working a lot with inDesign on some personal projects so it's nice to have the familiar features.
In what instances would you use classic text?
I think I might use classic text in the instances where I don't actually need the features of TLF.
What challenges and benefits did you experience using TLF text to your movie?
I wouldn't say it was really challenging. Like I said above it's nice that TLF text is so similar to working with text in other Adobe products so it's nice and straightforward.
Please share anything else regarding your experience.
I found myself wondering if there was a real practical reason that I would choose Classic over TLF so I did some Googling and found that classic might be better in some circumstances such as for flash games (rendering times and file size), but I didn't look into it too deeply so I can't speak to how accurate that statement is.
